Our apartments, named after the enchanting Highland cattles, provide you with a cozy stay accompanied by a magnificent view of the Dolomites. The apartment "Gesa" offers a spacious double room with a cozy and warm atmosphere and a sofa bed in the living area. In addition, the apartment has a bathroom with shower, a stylishly furnished living kitchen with high-quality appliances and a balcony where you can enjoy the view.
The apartment "Ysa" is a comfortable apartment that has two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. A sofa bed is also available and provides space for our younger guests. The living kitchen is modernly equipped and offers you the possibility to prepare your own meals. The apartment has a large balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful view.
Our cozy apartment "Tamy" can accommodate 4 to 6 people. It has 2 double bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living area, a bathroom with shower, and a spacious living kitchen. Ideal for a relaxing stay.
The apartment "Maggy" offers a cozy home with a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a modern living kitchen. The practical sofa bed in the kitchen offers space for our young guests. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a generous garden where you can enjoy the fresh air and admire the picturesque surroundings.
The "Suite Highlands" is a cozy holiday apartment, the exclusive furnishings, and the 22 m² balcony offer a unique view of the village of St. Ulrich. The apartment has a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed. A sofa bed is also available to offer two additional sleeping places. The living kitchen offers modern equipment and enough space to prepare and enjoy meals together.
Our breakfast basket is available for € 20 per person and can be ordered until 15:00 the day before. In the breakfast basket you will find regional specialities such as milk, tea, fresh bread from the baker, yoghurt, various fruit spreads, butter, South Tyrolean sausages and cheese. We also offer coffee, juice, Nutella and homemade products from our farm such as eggs, sweet pastries, honey and chimney sausage from our own highland cattles.
For children up to 12 years we also offer a breakfast basket for € 10 per child.

Fresh fruit and vegetables are available directly from our farm. Apples, pears, zucchini, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and much more can be picked at any time from our garden or from the provided vegetable basket.
