The apartment "Gesa" offers a spacious double room with a cozy and warm atmosphere and a sofa bed in the living area. In addition, the apartment has a bathroom with shower, a stylishly furnished living kitchen with high-quality appliances and a balcony where you can enjoy the view.

The apartment "Ysa" is a comfortable apartment that has two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. A sofa bed is also available and provides space for our younger guests. The living kitchen is modernly equipped and offers you the possibility to prepare your own meals. The apartment has a large balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful view.

Our cozy apartment "Tamy" can accommodate 4 to 6 people. It has 2 double bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living area, a bathroom with shower, and a spacious living kitchen. Ideal for a relaxing stay.

Suite Highlands

for 2-4 people / 56m² + 22m² balcony

The "Suite Highlands" is a cozy holiday apartment, the exclusive furnishings, and the 22 m² balcony offer a unique view of the village of St. Ulrich. The apartment has a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed. A sofa bed is also available to offer two additional sleeping places. The living kitchen offers modern equipment and enough space to prepare and enjoy meals together.

Breakfast at Chalet Rescon

Enjoy our breakfast basket in your apartment

Our breakfast basket is available for € 20 per person and can be ordered until 15:00 the day before. In the breakfast basket you will find regional specialities such as milk, tea, fresh bread from the baker, yoghurt, various fruit spreads, butter, South Tyrolean sausages and cheese. We also offer homemade products from our farm such as eggs, sweet pastries and apple compote.

For children up to 12 years we also offer a breakfast basket for € 10 per child.

Conditions

The minimum stay varies depending on the apartment and season and is at least 3 nights.
The local tax of 2.90 euros per person per night is NOT included in the price – children under 14 are exempt.
Payment: We kindly ask you to pay your stay in cash (you can pay in cash for amounts under 5,000 euros) or a POS device may be available for debit card payments.
Children discount: Free for children under 2 years old.
Booking confirmation: The booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. If you arrive after 7:00 PM, please notify us.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 AM.
Damages: The tenant is liable for any material damages.
Our Chalet is a non-smoking house. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 90 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be canceled without a cancellation fee; only the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations by the guest between 90 and 30 days before the arrival date, 40% of the agreed total price will be charged. Cancellation between 30 and 7 days before the arrival date incurs a 70% charge, and cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date incurs a 90% charge of the agreed total price.
In case of a guest's no-show or early departure, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.
Please inform us in a timely manner if you cannot start your vacation.

Holiday-Cancellation Cover

We recommend that you take out "Roter Hahn-Stornoschutz" cancellation protection when booking your stay. This covers cancellation fees, allowing you to enjoy your holiday worry-free. For more information, click here.

Fast Internet (WiFi) with full coverage inside and outside.
Each apartment is equipped with a microwave.
Bed linen, dishes, hand and bath towels, and many other amenities are provided in your apartment.
Parking in the garage (2.20 m height) or outdoors.
Final cleaning is included in the price, but if the apartment is not left clean, we will charge a flat fee of 40.00 euros.

Val Gardena Guest Pass/Mobil Card

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass/Val Gardena Guest Pass/Mobil Card (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization.
The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
